1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut butter⁣
1/4 cup maple syrup⁣
1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁣
1 cup gluten free rolled oats⁣
1/4 cup Bonny Chocolate Hazelnut Dream Fiber ⁣
2 tablespoons flax seed meal⁣
l1/4 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)⁣
1/2 cup whole hazelnuts ⁣
Pinch sea salt⁣

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. ⁣

In a bowl whisk together the chocolate hazelnut nut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Add the rolled oats, Bonny fiber, flax seed meal, pepitas, whole hazelnuts and sea salt. ⁣

Stir the ingredients together until they are evenly distributed and oats coated. ⁣

If the mixture seems dry (consistency may differ depending on the nut butter used) add a 1/4 cup more of nut butter until the oats are coated. ⁣

Spread onto a prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 to 22 minutes, tossing the granola half way through baking. ⁣

Store in an airtight container.
