NEAPOLITAN VEGAN PUDDING

Neapolitan Vegan Pudding

This lovely, no bake dessert is courtesy of the super talented María Fernanda @purely_healthy_living. Check out her Insta for more fab recipes.

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp Bonny Chocolate Hazelnut Dream
1 tbsp Bonny Vanilla Berry Bliss
1 tbsp Bonny Extremely Unflavored
1 cup of hot water
1/2 cup of coconut yogurt
Toppings of your choice (go crazy!)

DIRECTIONS
Mix 1/2 cup of hot water with 1 tbsp of the Chocolate Hazelnut Dream and mix until there are no lumps left.

Bottom Layer: Pour this mixture into a glass and let it sit for a few minutes (at least 3 minutes to allow layer to firm up).

Middle Layer: In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of water with Vanilla Berry Bliss. Mix until there are no lumps and mixture starts to firm up. Add to the glass with the first layer.

Top layer: Combine 1 tbsp of  Extremely Unflavored with the coconut yogurt and add to the top of the glass.

Add your toppings and enjoy!
