How to Bonny: Fiber Drink

New to fiber supplements or just need a refresher? We are happy to help you create your new fiber drink obsession.

For the best results, combine Bonny fiber powder with at least 8 ounces of cold water or your favorite healthy liquid like almond milk or green juice. Combine together and stir, stir, stir to create your fiber drink.

Blenders or hand frothers work even better creating a creamy, rich consistency. When in doubt, add more liquid.
