As a lifelong IBS sufferer, I wanted to give this product a good chance before reviewing and it is awesome. I started with 2 tsp daily for 2 weeks and then increased to the full dose. I have NEVER been regular, (it's always been a viscious cycle of constipation/diarrhea) and now i AM literally every day within the same time frame. I have the berry and it tastes really great too. So happy i found this! will be upgrading to a subscription!

Love the flavor. Have not found the amount that works for me yet. I am 74 and have to be careful. Finding lots of recipes to use it. Will buy it often!!! Best product I have found yet!!! Worth the money.

My son uses this and really notices if he misses a day. His favorites are mixed berry and strawberry, which must be everyone else's as well since they've been out of stock for a while. Please restock!

The product has exceeded my expectations; I really figured it would be a better packaged Metamucil. Wrong! My gag reflex isn’t sent into overdrive, the texture is refined enough that I don’t dread taking it; the flavor is palatable; the sweetener-factor isn’t off-putting (normally alternative sweeteners, even ’natural’ sweeteners are terrible). Unlike a capsule fiber, Bonny goes down easily & doesn’t leave me with that lump in my throat feeling—as if the capsule has only been partly swallowed.
I’m really pleased and that’s the truth.

I ordered this with high hopes from a person that’s been struggling with GI symptoms and have been taking this every night. With daily results. It’s well tolerated and pretty decent tasting. I did not think I would like taking it but given what it does for me I am more than willing to continue ! Would love to try new flavors!
