Your product has been a life saver for me. I had colon rectal cancer surgery a year ago and have suffered with constipation. Since taking your product the problem is resolved.

The first couple days on this were exactly as described so I immediately ordered more. I have not had that blissful experience since though. I don’t like the cheeky packaging - so I pour the powder into a container. What’s confusing is one side of package says 5 grams is a serving and the other says 10 grams. Which is it?

Exactly as advertised! I take it in the evening the next morning-early afternoon the evacuation occurs. This is coming from someone who has struggled for years…. And yes I have already tried hydration, fiber, pre/probiotics, exercise, prunes, etc etc etc
The only other thing that works well and works perfectly in tandem with this product has been visceral mobilization and diaphragmatic breathing.
