A delightful way to get more fiber. Start with 2 with plenty of filtered water. Don't eat too many or you risk diarrhea or at worst, some cramping. But eat as many as needed to clean you out. Pretty novel way to get your fiber intake and your insides working again!

I’ve suffered from constipation and OAB for decades. They go hand in hand. My urogynecologist has me on a regimen of Metamucil every morning and then Milk of Magnesia every hour until a bowel movement. I think the squares taste fine and do work if you give them a chance. It took a few days for them to kick in. They are great on vacation or when you cannot take the liquid.
