Tastes great and is delicious and really does the trick

Bonny fiber squares have been instrumental in staying regular. I take one every morning with plenty of water and have a daily BM without difficulty. I have a history of ulcerative colitis and diverticulitis with IBS. Ulcerative colitis is gone with dairy removed from diet. Surgeon says I need my sigmoid colon removed because of the diverticulitis. I’d like to keep it. I’ve found that if I stay super regular with BMs, I don’t have diverticulitis attacks which in my mine means no surgery. I’ve had about 5 attacks within the past 7 years. Since starting Bonny, I’ve been in great shape and diverticulitis attacks free! It’s been a few months but I am not stopping. Thank you for creating this product.

Replaces miralax

Grandma is 95 in assisted living and a very picky eater. Her inconsistent diet and diminished activity have had her backed up to the point of pain and hospital visits.

The results have been shocking. Normal, easy, picture worthy poos every time.
Now grandma and I start most conversations with a report on our latest poos which doesn’t thrill the rest of the family but we don’t care.

I’ve tried several fiber supplements, but this works faster than anything else and no unpleasant side effects (no bloat, no cramps). It gets bonus points for being easy to use on the go- I’ll be packing this on my next trip for sure! I’m very happy with it and will reorder.

Great flavor and great fiber. They taste much better than the fiber bars. I was very hesitant to take the first bite while expecting a sawdust cookie. Well whoop-de-doo boy was I surprised. My go to regularity snack.
